Since 2002, we’ve been dedicated to introducing Every...body to the health and wellness benefits of the Pilates Method. Our mission is to enhance personal and professional well-being using the Pilates Reformer and all apparatus, staying true to Pilates Principles.
Over 25 years, we’ve traveled the globe, absorbing and sharing knowledge about Pilates science. We prioritize education, attending numerous conferences annually to stay at the forefront.
As educators, we don’t just practice Pilates—we teach the teachers. Ann Toran is a Master Educator of the full Pilates Core Curriculum, while Dr. Errol Toran specializes in Anatomy and Continuing Education.
Our Pilates Education Annex serves as a Balanced Body Authorized Training Center and hosts workshops from experts nationwide and worldwide.

Private Instruction Studio Rentals
Our beautifully equipped studio features Balanced Body Pilates equipment and is available for private instructor rentals.
Some clients prefer one-on-one sessions or need focused attention beyond group classes. Private instruction offers a controlled, supportive environment ideal for injured or recovering clients.
As an instructor, you set your own prices and keep your profits—we simply charge a modest rental fee. We’re teachers supporting teachers.
